colossus boulevard is closed ?

i have 2 quest in there but guard says i need headmasters permission to enter. The headmaster has nothing to say about it.The quest are Library dues and Finding the Smiths. How do finish these quest?

You can only get to colosus once you have finished the 3 streets, firecat, triton and cyclops. I think maybe you have to fight foul gaze too.

I believe you also need to be a subscriber to access Colossus Boulevard, as well as completing the three streets as noted by Spiritshadow.

Thx for the replies. Yeah i missed some quest and now i can go in.
