My level 20 ice wizard critical today! Like seriously. i was so shocked, I almost jumped out of my chair.
I was battling one of the Narini princes in the krokosphinx and I used a treasure meteor strike and next thing i know it critical! I don't even have critical rating at this level but it was awesome lol
