Picked the Wrong Level

Today, when I put in the code for the Epic Bundle, I accidently clicked on the Level 10 armor when I wanted to get level 30. And it won't let me accept the Ancient Spear of Power. Please reset my last log in so I can fix this problem.

I wrote support an emial yesterday but haven't heard back yet.

Just so you all know why I picked the wrong level, it's because i though it was set out like:
Hat
Robe
Weapon
Necklace
Ring
Athem
Boots

Why do I always get stuck with all the bad luck? :(

Epic bundle just gives Boots, a hat and robes.
