Stuck in Crustacean Empire!

I just completed the quest to defeat Glauco, and after I handed the quest in to Plunkett, I didn't receive a new quest! Someone help me!

Never mind: I realized that a quest I thought to be a sidequest in Crustacean Empire (defeat a Pirate) turned out to be a main story quest.

I am at the quest "Finding the way" in the crustacean empire. I am stuck at this quest because in the dialouge it says he will be at the cancourse the mezzanine or the terrace. I accidently stumbled on the cancourse but i cannot find the mezzanine or the terrace. If you have finished this quest can you please help me by telling me the locations of the mezzanine and/or the terrace.
