It is becoming very tiresome having to deal with your slow servers and disconnections. It would seem that you are not upgrading or installing servers to keep up with the demand. This is resulting in server overloads, causing slowing of avatar motion and disconnections.
Here is a suggestion to you in order to clear some of the congestion. It's about time you took a look at your membership and cleared accounts belonging to people who are logging on with only free access, who have never paid a subscription, and for months have never paid a subscription, but all they do is come in, sit in the commons and chit chat. These people are taking up space for those of us who have paid subscriptions, in some cases a couple or a few subscriptions for multiple accounts.
I am tired of being a paid subscriber and having to share space with those that do not pay anything and just use Wizard101 as a chatroom and I am sure I am not alone in this.
