I love the Fire School house, but there is really one simple flaw in its design that has kept me from getting it and will probably keep me from ever geting it; the entrance ramp.
One of the things that makes this house so cool is that it is an actuall tower, but the ramp leads right to the top floor. I feel this sort of takes away from the idea. Additionally the bank chest is even located at the lower entrance meaning anyone wanting to make a quick deposite either has to run around the ramps outside and enter down below or go inside and travel down two floors.
My suggestion is to make the entrance lower so that the ramp goes down to the lower level, making the bank more accessible and giving a more towering feel to this expensive home.
