My latest mission tells me to USE the Tomb of Fang. Where do I use it?

balance school then after that i got no arrow or quest to go anywhere! but it is balance school hope this helped!

thanks, i did finally go into the balance school again and by the headmaster to the right there is the tome of the fang . that ended the quest thanks again
