My friend was talking to me a few days ago, and said Mooshu wouldn't work. About two weeks ago, she bought Mooshu with crowns but for some reason it wont let her get in. She logged out last in Mooshu, so she can't play at all. I told her I would come on here and post this, so please help. :?
Sounds like she needs to send a ticket to KI support to resolve her area buy situation with Mooshu, the level of answer you will receive for this kind of problem will be random observations or Admin suggesting you friend contact support.
This is true, as there are several areas one must purchase to purchase all of mooshu. If she didn't purchase the Jade Palace, that may be the problem, as this is where you end up every time you go to mooshu.
