On my third wizard which i just made I dont like the hair. There should be some sort of magic barber that uses magic to change your hair. This should cost gold and be in wizard city.
Seriously! I posted a similar suggest last month. And make it GOLD accessible as well. Something so paltry as our characters hair shouldn't be a crowns only item.
