Wow....maybe it's right in front of my face...doesn't look like anyone else had trouble. Edith is talking portal...I am looking at the maps and it looks like you need to go thru Stormriven Hall...even looked in the District of the Stars but either way I can't find the entrance.
You will find the portal to the Lunarium within the Celestia base camp. It is to the left of the one leading to the district of the stars. (To the left as you face the portal after speaking to Edith)
