Okay, fellow wizards, I'm positive I"m not the only one having a problem with this. My friend and I both play this game on the weekends. I have recently gotten a new desktop. It works very well and decently fast. I downloaded Wizard101 no problem. However, when I try to log in I will get the little square of the boy pyromancer and the girl thaumaturge (if you all know what I'm talking about). I get this far, which is awesome compared to what problems i've had with this in the past. Anyway, it will take a while for loading (maybe 15 seconds or so) then my computer screen will go white. With this in mind I tried going to the the wizard101 site trying to log into the game that way. I'll get to the download page then the screen will freeze. PLEASE HELP :-( -Joshua level 37 sorcerer

Please include your account username and a DxDiag.
A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
