Spells that will balance out the game

So half way through the game lvl 25 each school gets a quest and here is the quest: Talk to abigail doolitle, frm your teacher. She tells you to collect the ghost diamond from a lost soul, a skeletal jewel from a skeletal pirate, an egyption stone from a charmed slave, and a purple pearl from a crazed slave. Then she tells you to bring them to your teacher. He/She says to get wooden rod from a dark sprite, and a sacred rock from nightshade. Then you bring them to ambrose and he gives you a spell. Here are the spells:

Armor assault: Storm remove one positive shield from EVERYONE.

Fiery anger: Fire turn next over 3 rounds attack ( only to self) into a solid on turn attack and the next solid on turn attack into a 3 round one.

Sword steal: Ice: Remove one positive blade from EVERYONE.

Clear off: Balance: Remove one negative blade from EVERYONE.

Mezmerize: Myth: Control target for one round. This doesnt mean it helps you, and you cannot pass unless all cards are grayed out, you cannot dis card. This just means you can control what the target does, and it doesnt mean it helps you.

Dead but alive: Death: This spell puts a ward on another player so that next time the death person uses like wraith, the health goes to them. You also sacrafice 125 health to d this.

Heal the dead: Sacrafice 675 to heal all dead to half there max health.

lol could you exlain the fire death and life a little bit more its almost impossible to understand it and to be blunt there not gonna do that just saying

The fire spell coverts a one hit damage spell into a DOT spell and vise versa.

The death spell that the caster puts on you for instance; Death caster uses scarecrow, but instead of the life healing himself it heals the teammate he put the ward on.

The life move deals damage to the user to bring "dead players" back to 50% of their original health.

storm keeps being smothered with dispels, expecially if they go last... storm doesn't mind going up against shields so much as always having one pip dispels placed upon them

storm would prefer a bubble that protects it from having dispels cast upon it, and would also prefer cleanse to rid all negative curses that are upon it rather than just one at a time... playing storm and having six or seven storm dispels stacked on you is a bit insane, and yet that happens quite a lot

I will redo the spells, thanks to the comments:

Storm: (this AUTOMATICALLY goes first) all negative blades on self go back to the caster, Its called reverse attack

Fire: Unchanged except since it puts a 25%- to next attack, theres a reason
Name unchanged.

Ice: Give one tower shield to all players one over per round for next to rounds., Called generous armor

Balance: Sacrafice 250 to removed all negatives on self and 1 positive.

Myth: Unchanged

Death: Unchanged

Life: unchanged

All of these spells cost 4 pips.
