when i try to click on the help button on the loading page it says this action could not be completed because the other program is busy. it wont go away! what should i do?
Most troublesome, most troublesome! Have you rebooted your computer? That should clear this graphical error from your destkop. I'll also pass on your error to our Testing Wizards who'll see if they can reproduce this problem.
