In need of some help.

I'm in Big Ben on the third or fourth floor. Now I know I have gotten farther than that befor, but I cann't get anywhere. First I killed one guy and then died. When I got back there was still the other guy. I killed him, but now I can't move on. Can someone tell me why?

No I didn't get to the milk.

Is this at the point where you spill the milk in the bottle?

If so and you progressed farther than this before maybe you didn't spill the milk last time.

Spilling the milk adds an enemy to the next fight or gives the enemies in the next fight more health or both.

I don't remember since it's been so long since I was there but spilling the milk does make the tower harder.
