hi there, i purchased a gift Card and got a pet, when I logged in world, I went to claim it but lost internet connection, I can't find the pet anywhere on my character.
Can an admin or someone please help me on this issue, thank you.
This does sound like quite the problem young Wizard! In order to best help you we will need you to contact Support directly. Make sure to let them know your username, character name, and the Gift Card number that you entered!
