Can't access Wizard101, solution 108/109

Hello. I am trying to access Wizard101 on a computer, but it won't let me, popping up with solution 108 or 109. I checked what to do on customer support. And just to tell you...

I do have internet access.
I believe the firewall will allow Wizard101.
I've waited 2 days.

Please help me!
