I went and defeated Dr. Katzenstein and I had to go was there still more to the Dungeon but when I came back An 1 hr. later I looked at my quests and it said locate Meowiarty's Hideout. What do you have to do to get to the things in the Museum. I went to watson but he told me to defeat Katztestein I was so not looking forward to that going for an hour to defeat him again.
