instance areas locked after completion

I am a level 14 wizard, and have completed most of the areas in Wizard City. I got the Library Dues quest, but I can't get back into the towers where the books are located. I know I need Lady Blackhope's tower in Unicorn Way, and Stormdrain Tower in the Dark Cave. I have already defeated the bosses in these towers once, but can't get back in. The circles outside aren't lit up.

There are no "circles" in Lady Blackhope's tower. Just push on the door and go on.

If you've done Nightshade's (Stormdrain) tower, you should be able to walk up to the "circles" and get a timer to go in.

I feel kinda silly now. I've gotten so used to the higher level bosses, I didn't try just walking up to the door.

The other one I was missing was actually in Triton Avenue, and I was going to the wrong tower. Thanks for the help!

i think you mean stormdrain tower in the haunted cave cause there are no bosses in dark cave
