Every time I try to log into Wizard101 a message pops up saying " unable to launch game. Please download the Wizard101 installer again. " I downloaded the installer again but the same thing happend. Can someone help me?

hi im joshua dragonrider im a lvl 45 pyromancer! ive been having issues with it lately. i was porting to a friend and it kicked me out. i thought it was because my sub. gave out so i went to go buy a new one but it still kicks me off. i am stuck in the crucible now. and i dont know what to do!
