ive read previous posts about how KI employees get there own badges. does that count with non employees? like, if im tryingto get every single badge, will the Kingsisle Support badge be 1 of them?

No.
Only KingsIsle Support staff are able to get the KingsIsle Support badge. This badge will never be given to players.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.

I got a question. Can you report someone for saying that they work for KI and can ban you/ hack you, and they can't show you that badge?

Yes report them for impersonation of a KI Employee.
