Is there a place to buy treasure cards in MooShu or can we only get them in Kt or WC?

Treasure cards are only avaiable in KT and WC, unless they are dropped, of course.

Wow one time i was battleing the death oni in tree of life and i got a ninja pig treasure card next is undead wizard i won a scarecrow treasure card next lass is norton form sunken city i won storm lord treasure card well thats only 3 cool cards i goted have fun!
