Depends on what you are after. Storm Lord is great because it can take out several high level enemies at once with a simple blade. Scarecrow is fairly good for healing but it's harder to take out enemies as you have to load up a couple blades or a feint for it really to hit hard. Personally my death rarely uses Scarecrow but my storm frequently uses Strom Lord. For death, I find taking out enemies one at a time with Wraith to be better. But that's just me!
Storm-Lord: It has an higher attack (690.) Which is good because, you can boost and it can hit 1,000 to every opponent easy. And plus the stun is good. I love stunning.
Scarecrow: Scarecrow is good because it gives a good enough hit, and then it gives back health..
