Why is the helion pet red and blue?

Hey um I recently just got a helion pet but it has 3 red heads with a blue body.
Since I mixed my hydra with a helephant shouldnt it be all red like a leviathan is all purple? Plz fix this.

Its not a glitch, its that way on the normal hydra pet too. Its just the way it is, although it WOULD be better if it was all red.
