I want to do the trade where I pay crowns to get all my training points back, but when I go to the administrator, he doensn't have anything over his head. I can't even talk to him!!!!!! PLEASE RESPOND! :? :(

a) Please re-read the Message Board Code of Conduct https://www.wizard101.com/game/community/codeofconduct

b) You must be at least level 12 to buy back your Training Points. This transaction costs Crowns.

If you are less than level 12, or you don't have enough Crowns, you will not be able to return your spells for training points.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.

Who did you go too? The administartor as in Ambrose or Mr. Lincoln? And yea you have to be at least lvl 12.
