I have made it to the Krokosphinx: FINALLY. But I asked in an earlier question to know what level you have to be to get to it. I got TONS of answers that said I needed to finish all of the quests in the Pyramid of the Sun, but I didn't, I still have some left. Is this a glitch, or am I just lucky?
The only quests you need to do in order to open the next area is the main storyline quests. You do not need to do all the quests (also known as side quests) in order to advance.
