Hi I am a necromancer and I want non necromancers to know death spells that require your level be greater than 16. I have been asked many times to go to Nightside so people can port to me. I don't like doing it. I want the wizards to be able to walk in themselves. It's better for the game.

At about level 12 (if following main quest line plus side quests) all players gain access to the Death School.
