I know about the bug for wearing your starter outfit when you are in the classroom screen, but sometimes when I change my outfit in game using the backpack screen, it only shows me my starter outfit in the preview screen and when I close out of the backpack it shows my starter outfit on my character too. There is no little download icon in the upper left-hand corner, and no matter how long I wait it doesn't change, even if I go back to the outfit I started with.
