For most of my list of friends, I am unable to view their traits (the little circle at the bottom left of their friend tab).

How is this controlled? I would like to erase anyone that has not played the character in a long time to leave room for current players.

I wish there were an easy way to see when a character was last played. My best guess right now is if they are still a very low level. (I am level 50)

All you have to do is be in the same area as them, and it opens up. Say you are both in Kelvin realm, area 1. Both of you go to wizard city commons, you see each other and their friends panel will restart
