has anyone ever noticed that storm gets triton at lvl 38 stormzilla at lvl 42 and triton is stronger than stormzilla? isnt it weird though?

Not really, because Stormzilla costs a pip less to cast. They do about the same amount of damage per pip. Also, Triton isn't available to other schools.
