Can not buy Dragoon Boots from DS

As the title states, I cant buy the Dragoon botts from the equipment shop in Basillica in Dragonspyre. Every time i try it says "Your transaction was not successful." Could someone please help me with this problem? I have enough gold to buy them it just wont let me. :(

Since the Dragonscale Boots is not a Crowns item, the only reason I can think of is that your backpack is full.

I am not familar with those boots, but I just wonder are they scholl specific? You know are they fire school and you are ice or something?

Ah nvm, it works now. Just bought them on a different wizard. Thanks anyways for the help
