WIZARD 101 NOT ANSWERING E-MAILS

It has been 6 days since I sent in a letter to them and still no answer. Is anyone else having this problem? It would be nice to see that they answer in the 24-48 hours that they say. :-( :-( :-( Why does it take so long to hear back from you? I really am addicted to this game, but really disappointed with customer service. Please answer back AS YOU SAY.

We would love to answer your emails, however you have not sent us any.

The only ways to contact us via email that will get a response are through the support@wizard101.com email or the community@wizard101.com email and we have no record of you sending us anything to either of those email addresses.
