The recipe calls for a Fire Elf. I'm Life with Storm as my secondary school. I have looked everywhere for the Fire Elf Recipe. Since my major school isn't Fire, the tree in Ravenwood is no help to me. It's probably somewhere obvious but I can't find the recipe vendor.
