I have seen a storm bird before but it wasn't a pet it looked like someone summoned it for a storm quest but after they left it stayed there. it was weird and cool at the same time. oh and it was a Sunbird but the outer color was black and the inner color was dark purple. I saw it in krokotopia in alter of kings behind the fire on the ledge.
