Where are all of the Wavebringer locations?

I have done what I assume are all of the Mossback quests, however, I have only seen Wavebringer once in the game, the Plague Oni dungeon. Will anybody tell me where the other Wavebringer locations are? Also, why is Oakheart in Grizzleheim?

Wow, thnx! I guess I missed Wavebringer in Village of Sorrow. I musn't've traveled past him.

Yes, but you have to be in the area (i.e., actually enter Village of Sorrow to look at Village of Sorrow's map), so if you don't know where he is it could take awhile having to travel from area to area.
