I logged on today and was going to farm Yeva Spiderkeeper to see if I could get the storm shoes (since I havent been able to obtain them yet). I went to Crystal grove and to her 'house' but the symbols/sygals werent lit and it wouldnt let me in.

Have you completed the quest-line leading up to her? I believe it is a side-quest you may have skipped.
Thank you MikeStrath, I forgot I skipped over that part of my questing to just follow the main story line and finish, getting my char to grand master. *Takes off grand master hat and replaces it with a dunce cap*
I appreciate the input and clarification as to why the building has no lights and why I am not able to enter as of this time.
