Well, since the last upgrades I can no longer get onto game, tried to reinstall game but no luck, and NO desktop icon to use. Shouldnt there be another way to connect to the game, like from the website? I cannot open and activate the game from the files either. I know KI is busy with all the problems since the upgrade, but they have never taken this long to help before, so I am a bit discouraged with KI. Thanks for reading! Monica grand life wizard
