Help I'm stuck

I am not only haveing problems just connecting to the server but once I get there I'm frozen or my wizard wont even load.

that didnt help but thanks for trying. my daughter uses the same computer and can log in and play just fine my wizards wont load

I'm having the same problem. My level 40 won't load, it gives me an "Error, your character cannot enter the game" message. Tells me to exit and try again. I have been doing that for two days. I made a new character, and it can get into any realm. I want my level 40 and my friends back.
