my quest helper freezed!

ok i was playing the game for a while and i chose a quest to start and when i went to grizzleheim my quest helper freezed i did almost everything to get it to work but it still would not move. i do not know what to do. can somebody tell me why this is happening?

I think this is a bug that happens to all of us once in a while.

Sometimes just moving to a new zone might help. Or try logging off your wizard and getting back on.

You can also try talking to another NPC (non-player character) who has a question mark or exclamation point over their heads.

Mine always eventually starts working again.
