I think they should be a little more improved. They just do the same old spell a normal wand does.
Heres what I think.
You cast harp spell. You play the harp with a elegant melody. While you do the step above, your casting the spell. Based on what type of card the harp gives you, It casts that school's main color. For example A black = Musical note. for ice.
