I supposedly recieved the "Skillful Cloak" from a quest line from Abigale Doolittle in Marleybone. It is not in my bags (I had more than enough room) or my bank. I need this because it is +45 health then what I have equiped now. The little icon popped up saying I had received it. After I could not find it I checked the text box. Sure enough it said I had recieved it. I restarted the game and still nothing.
