I had the same problem. If you want to get in, do mossback's quests (all of his quests). Then you will have access to the dungeon. If you want to get there right away then you can port to me. My name is jacqueline winter flame i am lvl 48. I am usually in the ambrose server and I am at central time. So if you have the chance, try to come to me.
