invite a friend problem

i invited a friend and he decided to subscribe and he got his 1250 crowns but i did not get get mine what happened?

plz help i really was looking foward to those crowns

It appears your friend did not use the code they gave them, or they registered without going to wizard101.com/friend and entering the Invite a Friend code.
