Today I have Seen a lvl 29 Wizard. He could cast storm Lord. How could that be? I got storm lord at lvl 48. Why he could cast it with lvl 29.? He Hadn't equip which give him this spell.
And Another question.
Last, I've seen a lvl 50 Balance Member, he could cast Frost Giant. How?? Please answer, I want to Understand this.

They either had a friend make treasure cards of these for them, OR they have other wizards that made the treasure cards and traded them to the wizards you saw.
I really don't get why people do this except to be show-offs I could go do this stuff easy myself, but why would I? The spells are never going to be as strong with another wizard as they are from the wizards that are actually from the schools that the spell belongs to. This is why I don't see the big deal on the crown gear that gives Triton and such....it's never going to be as strong as it would be in the hands of a wizard from the school which the spell is from.
