I have hundreds of housing items that are quickly taking up a lot of space, there is plenty to be spread among three residences and FAR too many to use in one residence.

If I buy a house can I keep my dorm room and the stuff in it?

If I buy a castle can I keep my house and my dorm room?

There is enough stuff involved to stock all three.

Can I keep all three?

It doesn't matter whether it is a house, a castle, a mansion, a villa, etc. Each wizard may own up to 3 homes, and they still retain their dorm room.
