There shoukd be a way to find the closest quest to you. I would also like to be able to find the NPC's with quests very easily.
Please excuse me if this has already been said.
You can already do this. Just open your quest book, and with the quest tracker on, click on the quests one by one. If you watch the arrow, it will show at the bottom and you can determine what is closest.
When you first enter an area, look at your map. The names of the NPCs are shown as well as where they can be found. Look at the route and head on over to them.
