where to get this ring is a level 50 storm ring but i dont know what monster drops it or where can anyone help me??

All the rings come from the main boss in Colossus in Wizard City, it's called Brisk Breeze tower.

The fire gurtok in great spyre drops all the level 50 rings. Not only that but the ice gurtok drops all level 50 athames. :-)
