for the last 2 weeks or so i have been unable to play wizard101, right after i bought a new sub too! :-( After spending a few hours on here trying to figure out the problem i discovered it might have been my norton firewall, so i did the steps shown to fix that tried playing, and still no luck. I have downloaded and redownloaded both norton and wizard101, i have tried using different interent connections and computers it seems like all i try doesnt work

details on problem:
i open up the wizard101 icon log in and game loads then it does to a plain white screen with the wizard101 cursor and says connecting to server after five minutes it says cannot connect to server and prompts me to quit what the heck is wrong here? i need my daily dose of wizarding!

We have the tech support you need, but we need more information from you, young Wizard!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com. Please include your account username and a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run it's course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.

i have finally figured it out, it appears my malwarebyte's anti-malwares protection was causing this problem not sure what this means game wise, but it seemed to be resolved when i uninstalled malwarebyte and did a reboot of my computer and wizard101
