First sorry for not saying "please", wouldnt fit in the title.

Second of all, to the main problem.

I always played Wizard101 in the U.S. until several days ago, when I took a family vacation to Israel.

When I tried to play Wizard101 in Israel, the game told me there was a "temporary error," that this should be temporary...

But now its day five of my vacation, and it STILL won't let me play...

I thought it could be a internet problem, so I tried using all the available connections in my area, and still nothing.

I also tried a VPN connection through my dads office in the U.S. (with his say-so and help) but still, nothing.

Do any administrators, or student Wizards, have any suggestions as to what I can do?

Please hurry....I might have a stroke if I don't play Wizard101 for a few mroe days!

We have the tech support you need, but we need more information from you, young Wizard!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com. Please include your account username and a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run it's course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
