We have the tech support you need, but we need more information from you, young Wizard!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com. Please include your account username and a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run it's course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.

I have the same problem. Started two days ago.

Nothing has changed on my system other than the patches for this game. Seems like you guys messed up yet another thing.

Preacher.. not nice to say that. Consider this, w101 is created for pc's - take a look at the sheer number of different components that can be installed. 100's of different graphics cards alone, made by many diff companies. Motherboards, sound cards, network cards, ram, hard drives...

I am a programmer, and i cant tell you how many times an app will work fine on test machines, but then not work on some productions machines.

But, yes.... it started after that last update.

I can't help it if the truth is not nice. By their own admittance, they messed a few other things from that last major patch. So who is to say they are still messing up other things while trying to fix em?
