I know there is a lot of demand for interactive housing items, so here is my suggestion,
Card and board games that i can play with friends.
Invite a friend to my house to play a game of checkers or chess or gin or any of a number of games.
It would be nice to be able to invite friends to my house to do something other than look at it. :?
The games could be bought, found, monster drops, quest items, or (fingers crossed) crafted.
If licencing could be arranged, monopoly customized for wizards would be really neat. Streets named after locations and instead of railroads spiral doors.
No gambling, nothing to win or lose by playing, unless you made a badge for winning so many games.
